I just downloaded Donkey Kong a few hours ago (i'm from the netherlands), I couldn't find a classic controller in the stores today (sold out :() but it does works with the gamecube controller (it has a bit of a weird feeling with the button layout tho)

I bought about 10 to 15 games for my DS last year.
Next to the DS games I also buy a lot of PC games and other console games (most of them are budget).
Won't buying a lot this year as I'm a student again so no money :(

I got it from my bf for my birthday, he bought a copy for himself too. The game is awesome, and I love to sprinkle my Sparrowmints with water! They are so cute when they do that little dance.

And indeed, if you want to do one more thing before going to bed, you end up doing a lot of things and having trouble to wake up the next day. Very addicting indeed :)

Already went to some shops yesterday evening, sold out everywhere in Amsterdam :(
Most shops only received 2 or 4, or only gave out preordered Wii's. Some said that they'll get new ones next year / February.

One of the big gameshops here in Holland ordered 600 Wii's from Nintendo and heard that they will only get 10. They had 400 preorders. They decided to cancel their order and to not sell any Wii's or Wii-games/accesoires in their shops.
I'm still trying to buy a Wii on Friday tho, I already made a huge plan to buy one, even if I didn't preorder anything. Good luck to me! :')

I remember other demo kiosks for Donkey Konga Bongo's and the DS. With pain in my heart I had to look at broken stuff in every shop. Even if they chain the Wii controllers to the kiosks, there will be at least some people trying to steal a button. :'(

I usually read the manual when I'm in the train going home. Most of the manuals these days are on a cd-rom in a PDF anyway :'(
