Its not a big deal as far as Im concerned, my psp works fine, If I want to crank up an oldie ill grab that. Besides my guess is there is some rule they have to follow to allow it in the US, probably not beneficial to them.
I pretty much never remember a Blizzard title coming out on time, but they are always very polished, as compared to the crap we get quite often these days with release date patches, and major wide spread bugs, heck v1.0 is the new open beta. Maybe Blizzard is actually releasing on the correct time frame to create a great experience rather then the fast timetable that is now followed by most publishers. That being said, Im getting a little antsy myself here, but i'll get over it as long as it lives up to its hype.
I have to admit at first I was all into having to own the physical media, but then it started to clutter my shelves with stuff i no longer played, and since most were PC games i was basically stuck with them. Lately im a download only guy, when Im done I uninstall and move on to the next, want to play again, just download again, no clutter. Bring on the multi tetrabyte drives and i'll gladly download my console games as well
Doubt there will be too many great discounts. The creditors will set the price they want to get while everything is liquidated, what remains at the end will go to wholesale auctions and be bought up by gamestop or Bestbuy for pennies on the dollar, then resold at full price. Never been in a game crazy but they just opened one not far from me a few months back.
This is the best game of all time as far as i'm concerned, we used to get totally rocked and play a full season in one night with a group of us, superbowl winner got free drinks for the next week! ahh the good old days!!
They should have just stopped after the first one, frankly the other two were pretty crappy, and somehow made worse by their release in Bluray. A prettier turd is stilla turd none the less
