I lived in Philly for about 6 years (lived in South Philly, Center City, and the NE during my stint, and am glad to be outta there!). I thought the historical buildings and stuff were cool, but overall, I can understand the city not making a very fun game environment. It's so flat, and whole blocks of buildings and row homes the same shape and size. Although I admit it would have been kind of cool to see the city represented during its revolutionary-war-era form, if just to experience it without all the trash in the gutter for a change.

I game in the living room. I keep a clean house, probably smells of pinesol or something. Hard to tell, you know how you get used to a smell when you are in it for too long? I hardly leave my living room. Actually, it probably smells like my xmas tree. Maybe feet. Or cat pee, who knows. I don't own a cat.

I usually play on the couch.

I own a truck, and drive it almost every day

Probably some type of dinosaur or fish.

Never. I got close in World at War, but haven't really played any of the games in the series since.

The playing of any of the other games in my backlog pile for a few months.

I definitely called Amazon to see what was up, as my order said it still had not shipped this morning. I ended up getting a copy of the normal version of the game at a retail store this morning, then got home to call Amazon and cancel the order. Amazon informed me that even though the order information on their site said it was not shipped, it did ship this morning, but would not arrive until 10/6. I complained that I paid for release date delivery, so they reimbursed $10 to me on the order. I noticed the special edition is selling on Ebay for around $90, so I will just keep the standard edition I just got, and sell the Limited Edition copy on Ebay when I get it. I am not mad at Amazon, I order from them all the time (they even deliver my groceries here in Seattle!) and this is the first time they have made a mistake like this.

Any one notice the game is not even available for sale directly from Amazon? All copies currently available are from other sellers. I bet that's why my Amazon preorder says it will not ship until later this week, they probably didnt get enough copies to supply even the preorders.

Nope. I ordered it months ago. As of right now, 8:30am on the release date of the game, my Amazon order info shows my card has still NOT been charged, the status is still 'not yet shipped', and the estimated delivery date is 10/6.
