#6, the game makes people that usually wouldn't want to play become extremely interested in guitar. Consider it a gateway for those that don't have your talents on a _real_ axe, not some refurbished squire strat with some colorful buttons.

I play guitar too, and I just so happen to be addicted to the game. Try it out sometime, I guarantee a learning curve! :-)

The advice to break the game into 3x3 quadrants is actually part of the gameplay - the proper combination will ensure that each 3x3 quadrant consists of only 1 through 9 as well.

Enjoy, there is also a PSP game called 'Go Sudoku' that while it costs money, is very very soothing on the eyes. :-)
