Unfortunately I made the same stupid mistake, but I'm fighting MS to let me upgrade the DLC. I know its my own fault and not MS', but at the same time why can't they help me fix the mistake? What the agents argued was that they sell you a license, so they can't refund the license once I own it. Here is my arguement...if I purchase All Fronts I am receiving a license for Dark Corners, which I already own, and the licenses for all the other map packs. At this point they can refund my MS points for Dark Corners with out concern for the licensing. Doesn't that sound like a solution they can reasonably accept? I know they are not required to, but if they don't that just poor customer service.
