The director for the Monster Hunter series had a hand in Lost Planet if I recall correctly, doesn't surprise me that they'd use the influence from another successful series.
With that being said, MONSTER HUNTER 4 FOR SOMETHING OTHER THAN WII OR PSP IS WHERE CAPCOM?! Also another Breath of Fire would be godly.
Wake Island was always my favorite level anyhow... I just wish the brought over the Desert Combat mod as well...
I remember trying to outrun a helicopter with a friend of mine on a jeep while he manned the rear turret. We basically we dodged rockets from one side of the map to the other since the guy wouldn't quit until a random ally in a plane shot him down.
Best moment ever was celebrating thinking that we had made it only to have a bomber drop his salvo on us the moment we stopped moving.
Who would I hate to face? Private freaking Donut. Does Red vs. Blue count? It is technically from the Halo universe. If not then then a Brute, them he-man-gorilla-things be vicious.
Why would they have to send it away? Probably due to the fact that even when it it reformatted through the Dash, there may be some bit and pieces of valuable data still left in the machine.
I don't know about you, but it's better to be safe than sorry these days when credit card fraud is so widespread.
As much as I enjoy the Sonic franchise, I have to say that the Wii Sonic and the Secret Rings was iffy for me at best.
Don't get me wrong, while I enjoyed the idea of the new control mechanics, the last thing I ever wanted to do was slow down or much less STOP in order to make a perfect jump at times.
Also comon, why do control upgrades have to be acquired through leveling? I want to have smooth controls from the get go, not half way into the game.
Anyhow, I'd love to see Sonic (And hopefully more of Sega's past games) reinvented. Though, I hope they don't go overboard and decide to make an abomination like the new !!Xtreme Loony Tunes!! they're showing these days.
Whoever voted Wii, I'm sorry but no. As interesting as it sounds, the first generation of Wii FPS's have been flatout bombs.
While the idea of an on-rail/Stationary shooter on the Wii works perfectly, ala most minigames on Ray Man/Monkey Ball...
When it comes to implementing decent movement controls, the Wii suffers. Either the controls are far too sensitive where a slight movement makes the camera turn too far, or it's ploddingly slow when it comes to turning around to shoot the baddie behind you.
I'm all for the Wii getting a good FPS, but until developers can work out all the kinks in the controls, the mouse/keyboard combo will still reign supreme in my mind.
Those are nice and all but... I don't think Columns is worth 8 dollars. I like the idea of the VC, but until they start bringing up some real multiplayer 64 games, or maybe something unreleased in the states, then I'll take a gander at what's for sale.

As of now, the VC doesn't seem to amount to much.
