I want this to be a Day1 purchase for me; but the Fall is always a tricky place to be. There are likely to be 6 other games I'd rather play for the first time.

I sure hope that girl is over 18...

Stupid "Online Pass" - I hate you, and my family hates you. I will do my best to avoid you and step around the mess of bile you're creating within my favorite past-time.

I just hope gaming journalists review all of their games these days with disconnected systems. Reviews should be of the boxed product, not of what comes additional through alternative channels.

Such bull$h!t. That's a lot of work and time to get something they should have had straight to begin with. Screw'em. I'll either not buy my reserved copy; or I'll wait until I can get it on the cheap. No use taking it home now; not when the full experience isn't even being offered.

Offline solo campaign makes this my goto loot game. Sorry Blizzard, I just don't have a reliable enough Internet connection to chance wasting $60 on you similar game.

So sad for me. About 40 pending points; but no extras like some of you. It's probably for all of you who had over 100 points pending since that's the threshold for when they dole them out as actual MS points.

It's sad, the lack of compasion and understanding for people who either don't have a reliable always-on Internet connection or those with no intention of ever playing online. Just because you personally don't have an issue with the requirement doesn't mean you you shouldn't try to have a broader perspective.

For me; yes I have a pretty reliable connection that works 96% of the time; but I will be playing only the single player game on a gaming laptop. This decision makes the game's value so much less for me, that I can certainly guarantee that I won't be buying it. With so many other valid options out there, I won't feel compelled to make this purhase. Instead I'm now keeping a close eye on Torchlight 2. Blizzard isn't offering what I want anymore.

I wont buy any software with 'always on' DRM. It's no good to me since I don't always have an internet connection for my laptop. And since I don't have a home desktop PC; this type of software really isn't useful.

But I guess I'm not their target audience then. They have made a choice to not sell their products to me and people like me.
