Dec 6th 2010 10:37PM (TUAW.com)I have now been trying to get my upgrade status for my phone back to where is was for a few days now and seems my cries for help has fallen upon deaf ears.
I would like to take advantage of the Radio Shack upgrade offer for the 3Gs to iPhone 4 but since changing my billing to consolidated billing, so I get one bill for my DSL and cellular (no change in service whatsoever) they pushed my upgrade date back so I can no longer get the $25 price for the upgrade. This was not stated to me as I was signing up for the new billing program or I would have definitely not signed up for it.
They state that because of the contract with Apple they cannot push up my upgrade date. This makes no sense to me as they pushed it back on me very easily.
