Well Ubisoft have updated their site again after more than two weeks of nothing with this message;

[FCIP] Predator update .. update .. update
Just a quick update to let you know that the FCI: Predator update is still coming. We're just waiting for word back from Microsoft who are testing that final small fix. Check back here for more updates as we have them."

Just be careful about complaining at the ubisoft forums, the mods are quick with the edit or lock button.
I complained about the mods attitude and was banned.
