Oct 4th 2006 9:26AM (Joystiq)I think I remember reading that none of the Rare games (Goldeneye, DKC, KI, Banjo-Kazooie, Diddy Kong Racing, and I can't think of any others) will be coming to virtual console. Something about non-compete clause since they are a 2nd party for MS now.
Guitar Hero coming to multiple new platforms
Sep 21st 2006 10:19AM (Joystiq)The idea is that the Wiimote would somehow attach to the guitar, using the expansion port the nunchuck attaches to. Then the guitar wouldn't need to have a tilt sensor or a wire, and theoretically could be cheaper.
As for the $40 thing, if you bought the game with a guitar it was only $70, so the guitar really only cost you $20, which doesn't seem bad.
I'm certainly hoping to see this on the Wii, because I don't have a PS2 and I'm not getting a PS3 and I'm not getting a 360 until the price drops. But I really want to play Guitar Hero.

Of course, if those bean bags came with the hot blonde girl from their site, I'd buy them by the dozen. I would wreck that chick.
