It's fuuny but this tiredness you speak of is a good thing and could lead to you being fit and able to endure longer play periods. Thats what happen when you exercise. Your muscle get stronger. Will you sweat maybe or maybe not it really depends on hydrated you are...LOL

Just like professional sports any thing can be played in a lazy fashion. So don't be worried just turn the skill level down and the difficulty. You'll be fine. That jelly roll at the bottom of your chest you've worked so hard to preserve will be fine. Your massive thundering arms of cool whip will be safe.

Even the UFO canidates out there will be fine. You know the guys who would be right at home feeding thur a tube in zero gravity for 15years will have no problem with the wii. Lucky you don't need legs to play.

LOL G4 was only cool when I wanted to see footage from e3 or some other event.. Hell they even messed that up.
The show became or station became a blogg...LOL for some of the lamest gamers ever. Then they tried to sell there lameness to every one in a bid to be funny, yet only appeared to be gay. Then the girls on the show seemed to not want to be there. This channel would have been better with preschool kids doing it. Now there is an HD channel thats looking good. I think it's on Dish network or some thing but it shows most HD game footage.

really this station sucked simply becuase it had no competition. The clan battle thing was lame and what they should have done was a show about real competitions with real money grossing teams. They should have also went to all major gaming events but they didn't. They also did a bad job of making gaming look fun. Also too you have to be way more creative to host a show or tv channel on a creative media platform like video games. A fanboy doesn't make you a good host now does it.

B-ball would be easy... you could actualy do a real cross over. Every one knows you have to have form to shoot well. You hold the nuchuck in the air along side your wii mote and flick your wrisk. Just like a real person does duh? I mean you could really dribble faster or slower and even do hesitations. I mean dang how much money has developers made off me...LOL

GTA would be the easiest to controll. You simply use a cursor and the joystick on the nuchuck.

I mean dang don't get all scare get creative... when developers believed the saying gaming is not art then thats when it started to fail. Yes it is an industry but even movie makers think their work is art. I like kojima but he's own statments are the reason why I don't ply MGS, it's boring... I also hate the ps2 and ps3 controll pad and have loved the snes controll pad since it was released. The wii retains the all import trigger finger from the n64 that made golden eye so much fun, but now we can actualy aim. You would think MS would have made this controller because it truely is for fps on consoles.

Basicly a game cube if you are trying to program a game cube game, yet if you want to add the wii experience you WILL need to reprogram it which is what he wants to do. I'm sure alot of that programing will be for the controller but wait *gasp* Oh hell we have new graphics fuctions that the GC can't do. You really think the wii doesn't have better graphics?

It's funny you fan boys are mad nintendo hit there price target and they'll have a pack in game from the start. The Wii is a balance or power and innovation you know it. It will also have game you will eventualy break down your fan boy -isms to make you buy the system.

The Wii is excatly what sony should have done... Instead of the current ceel tech they should have went with a core power chip and four PS2 EEs and 2 Spes... Then ports would have been seemless and the PS3 could justify it's price with dub fanboy logic... Yeah it's two ps2s glue together...LOL So it is a steal at 600 dollar and you get blue ray...LOL Man if I can afford that then I'm a grown up...LOL Well trophes don't make good game consoles.

Oyeah Karki is right and Sony did not use the Ps2 chips becuse they where too weak, MS did not use their same chips because they where to expensive... But having a core due processor in an xbox360 would have been nice. On another note Sony needed the cell becuse if they get the programers to program in a brand way it automatic makes it hard to port that code. Sadly though it is the rsx that gets most of the good graphical code and that's pretty easy to port. Sony just made it so that ports from other systems may actualy play worst unless a compiler can fix them.

to answer fawazr I don't post to sway people i post my opinion. If i think some thing is stupid or I think I have a good idea then I'll post it. To tell you the truth every thing is related.


It all comes down to the games. We all want good games!
If the companies make good systems we get good games.
If the developers like the systems then we get great games and more of them.
If alot of people like(purchase) a certain system then that means more developers for that system.
People root for a certain system becuse they like the direction it's going, they like it's potiential for fun. Thats all... The bashing happens when people start acting stupid... Which is a direct result of being stubburin and a refusal to except some thing or worst be left with an expensive console that no one wants to play meaning it may not get the game you want to play made for it. The dreamcast is an example of that. No one wants to own another dream cast uless you can burn free games for it which I think MS is too blame for that one hey but thats another story.

The only reason a gamer should care about how much a company makes is when he's getting ripped off. I guess the sony and xboxs fans are affraid of getting ripped off by a 250 price tag (after paying 400-600 dollars) which is really just 200 dollar once the wii games is taken out. Then when you take the controller out it's just 140. So really what they are complaining about is getting a system with an extra game and a controller? WOW...

It actualy cost a few more dollars than the slim line ps2 you just bought but it has better graphics automaticly and a better controller and your gonna get to buy most of nintendo's best games in the first year for it. Then add on top of that developers like this system. There even console changing design choices with this system.. and on top of that it's built for every one... I mean really how can you not like that? I suggest the Sony and MS trolls get another job and stop trying to bring down the Wii.. face it they will need it you know your gonna have to get X HD system and the Wii just face it. Yeah I know I know your not going to like it...

Oyeah it's kids and adults you guys just can't read. Kids will always play video games and with out them the industry relys on guys like n8dogg who havn't even finished the games they've has bought. I understand man i got the same problem cus being older you have responsiblities.

Also too the DS has alot of kiddy on it too braintrain and nintnedo dogs... very kiddy yet also cute which is some thing women love. Now Name one game you can get your girl to play on a PS3 or xbox360. That did not stop them from making guy games though.

No matter how many cute games came out for the system it's the games that are right for you that make you get it. If you don't like zelda, metroid, red steel, smash brothers, the games on the VC, then cool just say that. This whole over priced system is just an effort to look grown up in a industry built for kids and kid too grown to know better...LOL It's like action figures that also make coffee and play mp3s...LOL It's still an action figure and the xbox 360 is getting the biggest kiddy game ever yeah I'm talking about the pinata game. It's not on the list maybe becuase it is too kiddy and not seen as fun. plus too We all know Rare is the main reason for nintendos kiddy. Ms bought them in an effort to be fun but really just got kiddy cuz no one in their right mind bought perfect dark after playing it.

Really so far only one xbox 360 game makes me want one and thats strangle hold. I have a few Wii games I'm goning to get with no hesiation.

Hey It's funny but winning the hearts and minds of the japanese public means alot more than just hardware sales.It translates into developers and publisher wanting to get paid and to a lesser extent pride may factor in. Most of the games you like are from japan. Don't you realize that these developers are going to make games for who every sells better in japan. Yeah they can sell some units in other territories but if you look at the Ken ps3 price cut for japan then you'll see how important it is. Gaming almost lives or dies in japan according to the developers over there. I mean if Japan loved quake 3 more then you would see way more FPS games. The simple fact is that they don't at the monment. They like RPGs and other new types of games. You have older player claiming there is nothing for them to play over there. These same older players don't have the income of a 20 some thing hardcore player. Thats another reason why the DS is killing every thing it's a balance of price and technology to deliever new gaming experiences.

Also too the retailers are another reason why a console wins the war or not. If A rapper comes into a store to buy a game system while wearing fronts and a large platinum chain you just know they are going to try and sell him a PS3. How many rappers do you know? Now if a Mom comes into to buy a console you know the retail chain is going to tell her about the Wii's parenting features and easy going price tag. How many moms do you know? Also too regular gamers that come in to see whats new for their xbox 360 and PS3 may find a drought in games due to long production times. There like 4 million bored xbox360 gamers based on the software sales. They get bored and the retailer may say some thing like... Hey here is the wii some thing new and it's cheap... Hell he already spent 400-500 plus on an xbox why be cheap and not give the Wii a try? unless some hoe he believe nintendo raped and killed his dad by some how no being able to release games fast enough...LOL

Ackmondul is right also. Although I think he ment to say IF the Wii cost x2 to 2.5x the amount of a PS3. That would be crazy but there are atleast 6million hard core gamers out there that would pay that with the inclusion of the rare adult content games...LOL. Nintendo was conserative about the wii this time around spec wise i'll admit, but I think they did that to illustrate a point or a turning point in gaming. If the Wii had the specs of the xbox 360 with the controller then the wii would obviously would have been a run away hit with the hard core and yes they would buy it at a retarded price also. nintendo would have marketed it as the first real VR system leap froging over the HD gen. Unfortunatly the hard core would have bought it but at such a high price I don't see too many other people(these are the people not interested in sci fi). So i think they ultimidly made the right choice. No matter how much of a fan boy you are even you can't make a 20 year old buy a 600 dollar system with nothing fun to play, when he could spend that on clothes , girls, and partying. With most people the console are competiting with those things. Yet if you are a PC type of shy guy then your looking at specs... you'll be buying a direct x compliant video card with that money. But if you are a cheap Geek then you'll buy a PS3 and try to show it off to your friend who just got their direct x 10 gaming rig up just to get a blank stare, then they'll say hey lets hook my pc up to this tv!

Oyeah Chris your wrong badly mistaken almost slow bus wrong. Nintendo made a great profit on the GC even though it was third. They will make profit on the Wii too. Now if you are claiming that sony has lied and they will turn a profit with in months of retooling and stream lining production.. yes yes that could be true.. If blue ray wins then they will make hugh profits being that they are the only manufacturer of the laser. The PS3 is only a ticket their going to use to make that profit roller coaster happen. That is the true reason why investors are down about the ps3. They also make their own chips I believe also. Which means they built a fab for these chips. Which isn't easy just ask amd but once they do the next chip shrink they could be making as high as a 50%+ profit. Sony hardly every drops it's prices once they cut over head on production. Yet Amd and intel alwasy drops their 1000 dollar chip to about 200 dollars. So if your trying to say that the PS3 maybe artificaly high then you may be right. Some fanboys may tell you its to recoup for R&D maybe but when is that expected to recoup and will the saving be passed on to the customer? Once we find out those things then sony may be consider to be back in this race cus once the price gets alittle more affordable I may get one then.

Will nintendo get the kiddy games only this time?
Well if metriod, zelda, redsteel, heros, Res evil and countless other producers in japan wanting to make games on this system end up kiddy then I guess nintendo is gonna be in trouble. Plus to being kiddy din't kill the GC it was lack of thrid party support due to it's install base. So basicly being fun with big dry spells killed the GC. The xbox Is going to ship with the Pinata game...LOL Come on man talk about kiddy! All systems have kiddy games...

Now if all of that is correct nintendo is going to be just fine. They have the potiential to be the number one selling console by march or maybe by january the way things are going. They have gotten the attention of the developers in the home of gaming. Which did not happen in the last generation. More importantly the arm chair quarter backs and general sports playing guy might rather play a good looking sports game where they can use their body rather button combos with out doing the sprints required of the sport.

Sports games are the ultimid casual gamer application EA knows this and EA is also one of the biggest publisher. Not since live95 have I wanted to play a sport sim. Lets face it if all you can get is more sweat on the player in a HD generation then I'd be pissed.

xbox360 bioshock gears of war maybe blue dragon-hardcore market along with the guys that love gore will love that stuff.
Mass effect- not sure when it's coming out looks cool- for sic if rpg guys star trek and star wars fans.

PS3 this one is harder they have MGS but no real release date. A's creed which is coming to the xbox too. and of course FF. DMC 4 even though the offical videos did not rock as much as the shake secert cam footage found on you tube.

Then you have the Wii must have games... Well the wii mote with any thing attached to it...LOL that will last for as many months as the PSP hype did. Then you get almost all of nintendos big guns in the first gen of games it seems.
Older people will get brain train, wario ware and a host of fuctions to use daily on the wii.
younger guys will choose between hero, res evil, zelda, metroid, and redsteel. Will we see a GTA typegame on the wii? If not some one will make money off of the god father game.
Then you have the kiddy games like FF ports secret of MANA games, Dragon balls, animal crossing, and of course the industry shaping Pokemon is coming to the wii... Which is quite scary for the adult gamers on this post boared. Why you ask? Well you know they have a TV show right? The Wii could easily be set up to deliever pokemon episodes directly to your wii every week... then to top that off you can have interactive episodes... Now if this happens the Wii channels idea will become the first real console setup to offer developers a real set up for episodic content. Then they could just release the session on one disk if you really want to keep them.

Then comes the Anime explosion... what happens when the Wii becomes the way you get your favorite comic, or anime fix. What happens when nintendo approaches DC comics with this idea? What if you could watch all of your sin city collection on a Wii? The channels thing is much more accessible than say a controller bar or a dash board. It becomes easy to drop alot of different channel on board and not seem to cluttered. We have services today with over 500 channels..LOL But too many options on a dash board or a any other menu is bad design. Channels work though becuse they are simply door of possiblity.

Wild Homes man your so right the cell was designed for streaming but really if the proceedures are small enough then it could be great for the spe's of the cell but I doubt it cuz that would be like making a droplet in photoshop for every tecture in the game and that could have alot of instructions in it. Man I wonder what type of articfacts you get with 70%...lol The GC had this feature? This would be cool if used on ful games though... Stuff like mega textures would be easier to make. Hey lefty where is the xbox using procedural textures? Are you including shaders into that statement.
