You can also lose by touching yourself. There are points in the game where Eike can accidentally run into himself, or touch the shoulder of himself while he's sleeping. Not many of those, but they're entertaining enough.
Eike is Yuri Lowenthal, who I normally like, but...Eike isn't the RPG action hero type he's used to playing, so this really isn't that good. I'm okay with their choice for Homunculus, but I really adored his voice in the original...at least some of the others sound a bit less soulless than they used to?
Nrrrgh....if you're into the Suikoden series, it's terrible. But if you're new to the series it probably won't seem all that bad. Me, I didn't enjoy it. It moves away from the series' normal focus on regional conflicts and fantasy politics, and took away the rune system just about entirely. Basically, it felt like Suikoden had been taken and made generic.
