I've never rolled a shammy before, do they have other talents or game mechanics where a spell casting event leads to a Melee benefit, or Melee events leads to spell benefit?

Devastate replacing Sunder Armor in utility? Awesome. Though I am Protection spec'ed I tend not to use Devastate until I have the full 5 sunders. If this change is what we think it is, I can just use Devastate and do damage while I sunder.

I like it, and the end result of all these cooldown will be simple to apply. Its not like they will remove your action bar when you become a death knight. You will still have the abilities quick keyed and you will still see the cooldown counts for them.

Well, I was opposed to the idea of going to Northrend so soon. I'd rather they focus on improving content without a level cap raise. But now that it apparently is set it stone, I accept it and am looking forward to it.

This is blizzard we're talking about, after all. They will do a good job with its implementation.

I think it is fine to raise the level cap, but doing so would make the leveling process even more frustrating. Leveling is fun, for the most part, they just need to add more quests along the way to make it even easier. Or bump the exp received from the existing quests or mobs.
