If this is truly how the app store terms work, its just plain dumb. When Apple keeps posting record earnings each quarter, hoarding more cash than most financial institutions, at some point they're going to need to make major concessions to the lonely app developer. The 30% haircut is unreasonable and likely should be around the 10% margin.

I don't even understand how this could be possible for most apps (specifically apps for brick and mortar stores or subscription based apps), does apple believe that companies like amazon, netflix and ebay would give them a 30% cut of their revenue off the top? Highly unlikely.

What do you mean Apple was selling it for $50 cheaper? That's BUNK!!!

Was this because Verizon offers a $50 credit for people eligible under the 'new every two' program and they don't have record of these people? I received the $50 credit for 'new every two' but would have been awesome to apply that to the same phone that was $50 cheaper elsewhere.

Any idea when this will be available for the Wii version? As usual, we appear to be an afterthought. BTW, horribly dissapointed with the Wii version this year. Seems they've taken out all franchise ownership functionality, forced use of wii pointer in menus and have only tweeked gameplay since 2000.

The HUD in 3!!!

Its an awesome game if you play the arcade version. Just missing a couple key features and some possible refinement in the control scheme in the wiiware version.

That Bag Toss game. The game is awesome in the arcades, but the wiiware version just didn't do it for me. No WiFi support, poor record keeping, lack of customization, and too easy.
