@cherryboom Palm would be the market leader if they could. They are not some system for Rubinstein to make a million and then duck out.

Is lightwell sticking around? I really love using it, despite that the rest of my group doesn't seem to notice it. I feel that it encourages that annoying rogue or warrior, who always stands in the cleave, to move their asses and heal.

I applaud Palm for their pro-Developer and pro-Consumer attitude, and I understand that they legally have to cover their own butts. This seems entirely reasonable and fair.

So they're not getting rid of stats like haste, dodge, parry, and spell power, and they're adding masteries. You currently have to consider more stats on a weapon, but you're pretty sure what they all do before you wear it, and it's a quick check in your character pane to see the results. Now with masteries, you have to check your talent pane also. They aren't getting rid of many stats either, so I think it may end up just as confusing.

They're trying to make stats simpler, but they're adding all these "bonuses over here for a stat over here" crisscrossing that makes me wonder how successful they will be in their goals.

The Wii camera was great with the classic controller set up, but more difficult with the Wiimote. The d-pad was the camera controls, and they are lacking in fine-tune adjustment. Also lacking was any sort of lock-on mechanics, making the guns more of a pain than necessary.
