Yeah, Ashley Fink was in "Dog Days Are Over," but it was pretty obvious how they never really focused on her for any of the dancing.

Joel, you have every right to your opinion, but I found the characterization in this episode to be very consistent, especially on Rachel's part. We've seen her in control of the club before (in the pilot) and this is exactly how she would, and did, act. The fact is, we saw that Schue never listened to any of the students, so Rachel jumped on the chance for her thoughts to be heard. Didn't she back off when Holly embraced her ideas? That seems like appropriate character development to me.
Terri's characterization was pretty consistent too, in my opinion. In Britney/Brittany, she told Will that he would come crawling back to her, and it was clear that she desperately wants to be with him. In this episode, she came to his aid when he was sick and thought she finally reconnected with him. Then, she sees that he's drinking beers with another woman, bringing out her insecurities in abundance. On an unrelated note, I wouldn't be surprised if her and Will's one night stand leads to a real pregnancy. Can you say plot twist?
You can't tell me you wouldn't expect Sue to take an epidemic of Monkey Flu and use it to her advantage. It seems natural that Sue would want to be principal, and the fact that she no longer wants to be friendly with Schue is more in line with her character than how she's been acting recently. Also, Sue wasn't trying to play an 'angle'. She thought that she would get everything she wanted as principal, but it turned out that she was wrong, something which she doesn't easily admit.
I know that I've negatively commented on your Glee reviews before, so please don't take that personally. We just have vastly different opinions when it comes to this show.
