I just block EVERYTHING on Facebook that comes into contact with my homepage. It would take minutes to scroll through all the useless shit I blocked. I enjoy my Facebook App free.
I can see the idea behind this which is a good one really. Using games for something good and helpful, but I don't think mixing games with a horrible disease is the best way to go about it. The parent (assuming they are a capable parent) will always make sure their child is taking their insulin. I would hope the child would have been explained about the severity of the disease and wouldn't need a game to help them get into good habits considering if they miss even one of their shots, they may not get to play that game again.
@Aarrowgant. I went to the launch with a friend all happy to get a PS3 but I never liked any of the games for it. Guess I just fell into the hype. I am glad I have it still because I have backwards compatibility which Goozex will take care of for me. There are quite a few games, recently, I want so it will get its share of play soon enough.
Solid review. Pretty much sealed the deal for me. I didn't like any Zelda after Link to the Past. I tried most of them but I always ended up back to playing LTTP. With that said, this game looks promising.
Yeah this is very stupid. You want to get your game out to people who haven't heard/intended to buy your game. So the people buying the demo already have interest and were potential customers so you aren't generating a higher fan base. People like free. Look at how THQ is handling Red Faction. They practically give it away and hopefully allow more interest. Smart marketing move, where as charging people to get a taste, very bad.
