This one is higher quality, and isn't laggy like the one in the article.
Steam Guard gets the ultimate test: Gabe Newell makes his password public
Mar 5th 2011 2:23PM (Joystiq)Unless you understand how this stuff is actually accomplished it's quite ridiculous to dismiss it so nonchalantly. I'm sure Gabe has nothing to fear from these guys though, he runs a (very) well loved company.

and even language (as well as music) all comes together to create the immersive AC universe I know and love, I'd hate to see it replaced by a more modernistic, gun-focused environment so soon.
There was such an overwhelming sense of place in Rome, and Venice (to name my favorites) that it seems like a tragedy to be done with them already. Eventually due to the nature of the game & story, they will have to move along in history...
I'm just not sure if it's time yet.

This is good news, I love this game to death.

PSA: Halo: Reach Noble Map Pack now available
Nov 30th 2010 5:10PM (Joystiq)Last I checked ODST was still $20.
So no, it's not "a lot cheaper."
It's not even cheaper, in fact that's twice as expensive as buying the Map Pack on XBL...
PSA: Halo: Reach Noble Map Pack now available
Nov 30th 2010 5:07PM (Joystiq)I never asked WHY you would purchase the map pack now; surely whether or not you purchase it is your own choice!
I asked whether you had picked up the Mythic Map Pack since it hasn't dropped in price. I'm going to go ahead and assume (given your snarky reply) that you haven't picked it up. That is the point I was trying to make.
You shouldn't assume the DLC will drop in price, because it's probably not going to. It irritates me to death when people use a scapegoat excuse for not doing/purchasing something, rather then just sharing their true feeling.
If you don't want to buy this DLC, it's not because you are just going to "wait for 6 months then buy it", but FAR, FAR more likely you just don't feel like it's worth it to you. You don't get as much enjoyment out of Halo, or these new maps as other people who are buying them... therefore they aren't worth $10 to you!
Simple as that...
