I can vouch for Microsoft having the LEAST helpful customer service reps. Not to sound racist, but they are all in India and can do very little for you, except basic troubleshooting tips that 360-owning Joystiq readers already know.

I got an E74 in February after nearly two years of owning what was most likely the original Xenon. Microsoft charged me for the repair (the announcement that it would be free didn't come until a month or so later). I tried calling customer service for a refund, but they were most unhelpful. Finally, I just had my credit card company reverse the charge!
