I know what you mean, I haven't bought a localized RPG ever since Bethesda screwed up the German version of Oblivion. It was ridiculous, Feuerball (Fireball) was a healing spell, Small Potion became Schw.Tr.d.Le.En.W., the subtitles hardly ever matched the (abysmal) voice acting and so on and so forth...
I agree, they really should have seen this coming. I was having the same problem with my Fallout 3 Version from the UK, if I had bought the German DLC the game would have been one bilingual mess. Fortunately the MS Point Cards you buy in Europe work in every other European country and with the magic of VPN tunneling... well you know where I'm going with this.
It happened on the eastern part of the old raceway, not on the current track. Since this part is in a forest, they are charged with violation of the Federal Forest Act.
