Do you mean the fighting game enthusiasts who appreciate the ethos behind any fighting game, or the ones who spend their lives living under Capcom HQ? That layout has been standard since MK3.

Seems to me they were more hellbent on covering up the fact theres no more excuses not to include PS2 compatibilty. Hope these half-arsed features and lack of things that shouldve been there will come back and bite Sony. It'll nonetheless blow away people who buy the PS3 Slim today, but all Sony have been with this update is all talk and no delivery. I have the 60GB and my B/C, its unfair to those who are none the wiser that Sony have told retaliers to keep quiet about the simple mandatory feature everyone expects from this godlike machine.

I'm pretty sure that my man questioned the 250GB's ability of playing PS2 games, i dont see what Sony's problem is. The 'PSone' still sold well despite BC on the PS2, and you might wanna slash one of those zeros from that figure, looking at the RRP of the PS2 now and the fact theyre making profit, intergrating the EE/GS chip would surely cost no more than $20. Believe me, If my PS2 system broke, i wouldn't think 'Meh, my PS3 can do that anyway' i'd go out and buy another PS2. and I can assure Sony that in this case the majority of people would do this. If they're that fussed, offer the BC as emulation (which from experience plays around 6/10 games perfectly), so that Sony can finally market the new PS3 era at its full potential, but offer a strong point to buy the PS2 aswell, Waiting till the PS2 dies is suicide, as i dont see this happening until E3 2011.
