Yes I have the same problem. I have a Samsung drive and when I play oblivion it will spin the disk fast. Then sometimes it will slow down and then when I try to do something major like load something, or get in a fight, or basically interact with anything I will get the dirty disc read error. And I know my disc is just fine. God this kind of reminds me when I had an xbox with the crappy Thompson drive in it.
