Premades with easy access to PvP gear is how WoW's PvP should always work, not just during Arena tourneys.

Hell turn Demo into a tank spec proper. I even wrote the spec flavor text for it:

Demonology: "A battle-hardened sorcerer who assumes demonic form. Engages enemies in melee and protects allies."

Very disappointing. I wanted to spec and queue as a Warlock tank. Sounded interesting and fun.

PREDICTION:

Garrosh's "corruption" was against his will and instigated by less-than-altruistic Pandaren forces.

During or after the boss fight, Garrosh is relieved of this malady and assists against the influence (probably a Sha, maybe a Demon) with the help of both Alliance and Horde (regardless of what faction the raid is).

Garrosh is ashamed and turns over the Horde to Thrall/Vol'jin/Heero Yuy.

Wise old Pandaren offers to teach Garrosh how to turn this into a source of harmony and peace. Garrosh accepts and becomes a monk.

A dead heat between two very pleasant surprises, in no particular order:

a. The ability to use alts as TOR-esque companions.

2. Premade, no grind necessary PvP.


Runner-up surprises:

D. Goblin and Worgen Monks.

#. Another new class, a "hero" class that starts at 55 like DKs.

AA. Some slot machine/gambler that you could trade some sort of in-game currency to, and you'd get a chance to earn any pet, mount, or other prestige item your character is capable of learning given his/her faction/class... even if *discontinued*. And no, this wouldn't ruin anyone who already has said things, unless they were Cartman.

3.14. Draenei rogues or draenei druids. Or both.

/. Druid forms are locked to specific specs (i.e., only Guardian gets Bear).

*(. A new default UI that's leagues better than the old default UI (something TOR-esque).

bhi. The WoW version of Huttball.

Normally I don't go back to comments I've made to address replies. People like you are one big reason why. Every reply you've made to me has taken something I've said and fabricated a strawman (look it up) out of it.

No, I did not say "everyone is a great PvPer." And as you clearly haven't taken the time to even get my clearly worded, concise argument right, I don't see a reason to keep talking to a fool. Good day.

Though I should know better than to not expect another strawman fabricated out of what I'm about to say, here goes:

Yes, skill still matters despite gear imbalance.
No, that doesn't even remotely defeat the argument for a level playing field.

Brazillian soccer players don't get rocket cleats, multiball, and 3 goaltenders. There's a reason for that, regardless of whether or not Rob Pardo wants to see it.

"The only thing that standardizing stats for arena would accomplish is allowing really good PVP'ers to take whatever toon they wanted into arena without the obstacle of gearing up. All those at the top have the best gear, so you could say their stats are standardized anyway."

Replace "really good PvPers" with "anyone" and remove the last sentence, and you have some semblance of reason.

PROTIP: When someone calls out responses as being fallacy-ridden, it may not be wise to use a logical fallacy in retort, like "I suspect they've never hit X arena rating."

Jyotai would be correct no matter what his rating, whether he was a WoW beginner or the best PvPer in the world.

When I play, say, Street Fighter, I don't need to grind for gear. I can just step into a match.

That someone is actually lambasting someone else for suggesting this very simple ability is laughable, and I hope the former never designs games.
