@Mcmax3000 I believe Microsoft is being less reserved by the DLC offerings because they don't want the 360's release of the game to seem inferior to the PS3 version.
Especially considering the PS3 version does have exclusive content already, it would be a nail in the coffin if Microsoft was also to decide that they should pay while PS3 users get the content for free.
I admire Ubisoft for their support of the title, 2 free DLC packs and the Uplay rewards isn't really a terrible idea, but I can't wait to see what comes with their venture into paid DLC for the game.
I hope the pre-order characters are offered via DLC I wasn't aware that when I used my DLC code it would only be account specific and not console shared, so my wife has everything from the Codex edition, whereas I had to scavenge for an Officer code on eBay.
Totally agree, that shows a lack of detail and adherence to the "source material."
Besides that though i was lucky enough to see some Kinect footage which blows this out the water, the Kinect version is portrayed more in the atmosphere of a concert. whereas everything we've seen from the Wii version is pulled from the music videos.
So I bought this today. And if the game was half as good as the trailer I wouldn't have already tried to take it back to Gamestop today. The multiplayer has some interesting dynamic objectives that keep the game moving at a nice pace, but the singleplayer is so fucking boring!
