Looking through these comments has showed me how much no one knows what their talking about.

Like, saying XMB is better because it's faster then NXE. I honestly don't see what's so different between the two, they both look like a menu with a bunch of square boxes.

Also, it looks like alot of people are confused about the whole avatars thing. I mean, I guess some 360 guys came in and said "Oh what you guys got avatars now?" When in reality, the PS3's avatars are actually like the 360's Gamer Pictures, not the 3D avatars that wave at you.
