Played SSX demo this morning. I tried the "Classic controls" which are for SSX veterans, and I swear I couldn't get my character to flip or spin. Switched back to "Standard" and everything suddenly got a lot more interesting. Maybe I just wasn't thinking with the SSX veteran side of my brain, not sure.

Is it me or are there no instant replays on the demo? Any idea if they are in the real game? I loved watching the replays after a tight race!

Other than the above, I'm sold... it was a blast. I'll be playing it again later, and looking forward to release day.

Many of us ended up on http://www.10tu.com/forums but it is a very dead site. I wonder if this announcement will bring our community back together.

I'm reading that the adjustable nature of the device comes from velcro. I need a completely silent case if I'm going to be reading next to my woman in bed. Does this case make noise each time you adjust it?

I'm a die-hard Mac enthusiast, well-invested in OS X with my day-to-day life. I was completely sold on an iPad, but a recent video of the MS Courier in action has me completely re-thinking that purchase. I realize the Courier is still at least a half a year out, and pricing has not been discussed, not to mention that the video itself is just a concept... but I've been officially thrown for a loop by its elegance. I know the iPad is for the everyman, in price, function, and style; but there's no Apple iPad Pro option for somebody like me, a tech geek looking for a tablet built from the ground up for a creative professional. I'm still considering the iPad, but... well, let me put it this way - I really, really wanted to see an Apple logo at the end of the Courier video.

Is there anybody else out there in my shoes? What are you doing about it?

Am I the only one that read "Tom Hanks" a couple times before getting it right?
