I really want an excuse to buy that etrian odyssey figure that was posted a while back, owning the game would be helpful. And I really want a dungeon crawler!

Original trailer looked pretty interesting, though it's easy to see it as a futuristic MGS "clone." But then again I hate using the word "clone" to describe a game compared to another. The second trailer disapointed. First of all, for a trialer, it sucks. Second, the sci-fi theme seemed to work better in my opinion.

I'll still be keeping an eye out for this game.

I agree with Triforceowner - I'm not a big fan of the whole PC+Console merge where both gamers can play together. It can only bring problems in my opinion. Plus, the only PC gamer friends that CAN'T play games with me are mac owners.. or they don't have a good PC.

I actually think having a furry controller could be pretty comofrotable.. as long as your not a sweaty palms person.

How would the 360 have 1/2 the lifespan of a PS3? Sure the PS2 has lasted a long time... but the 360 is >= the PS3 in the minds of a lot of (educated) people.

what's really annoying is how a month ago, ps3 fanboys were saying how the launch games were gonna be so amazing since developers spent the entire delay time (due to hardware issues) polishing their games...

now that it's here.. we can't compare it to "2nd gen" 360 games. Why not? They've had nearly the same development time!

I haven't played either.

What bugs me is the whole scenery of RFOM, Gears of War's scenery just looks much more enticing imo.

Also, if I want to play huge multiplayer games (even 24?+ people), I'll play a PC game like Battlefield 2 or 2142, which are both freaking awesome. And don't make this an EA thing...
