I think the smartest thing is to create "an install disc" that would dump most of the important data to the Hd and make the game 2 cds plus the "istall cd". I have Mgs4 and it is painfull to install the game for every new chapter of so. It be awesome if they saved xbox players that trouble and use the faster dvd drive for loading to a hdd

Hey! I was excited when ps1 and 2 came out now for ps3 i didnt even get excited. Total let down the ps3 is; the games look just like 360 and you pay more money on a ps3 becasue of the blueray.

Despite the current rumors and speculation about a 100GB HDD; currently there are no plans for a future release of a bigger HDD. 20GB is enough and has always been the company policy to stick to those specs.

We appreciate gamer's devotions to demos and such memorabilia, but such content as game demos are only for a limited time and the ULA license provides that such content be deleted after 48 hours. Such period would provide sufficient time to have the content played and deleted.

In the meantime our 20GB should be sufficient for years to come in gaming. Please disregard such rumors on the internets as they are totally non-factual and false.

Well, Looks like the Ps3 Will be a George Forman Grill after all:P , but the reason i think so is because the CPU, and GPU + PSU will all make it extremely HOT.
Sony will have to start shipping out ps3's with external PSU and face public ridicule. The drive might be quieter, but with all those vents i predict a 2yrs trouble free drive untill dust and hair starts to collect inside.

Great!! Now they need to show The GEORGE FORMAN Grill in ACTION by the kitchen!! Next to a FONY blender!!

This is just an example of how Sony Sucks, and they always try to dictate what ever they want. WE'RE FIGHTING BACK!!! NO Sony! Go AWAY! LOL People are so S-tu-pID!!! Like yeah sony will show actual game play. No way!! You know they will show the Pre rendered stuff first because usually the actual game always looks less good. It is clearly all CG. When have you played a racing game in which you cant see the road ahead and just see your shinny car in detail. BS they are showing off; In reality the Xbox 360 has a better GPU but the ps3 has a tad bit better processor. Thats it!
