How on earth do you go through a 2-3 year dev cycle without noticing that v-sync is turned off?? Sounds like they thought they could get away with having it turned off.

You COULD start an argument because those will've been captured directly from the consoles, not filmed being played on a tv, but it would be stupid to do so.
That video is basically pointless because the two sides are nearly always showing different images - one shows the left urban side of the road, and the other shows a beautiful sunny side.

The stomp-box is a cool idea, but isn't it a bit overkill unless you're switching games every few seconds?

108K is plenty big enough to add a completely new feature. If they were simply unlocking the feature then it would only be tiny, like less than 2K.

How about if he studies a few more people, like 1000 more and makes another conclusion?

Wii games aren't DVDs-they're just DVD size. The technology is based on the one used for the cube discs.
