Totally agree here! The guitar is definately flimsy, I think it is because the guitar is longer or somthing but it feel off. After playing both I prefer the GHII guitar hands down and I also think that the songs are more challenging on GHIII. If you are all about Guitar go for GHIII, if drums and guitar float your boat then obviously go for rock Band, but prepare to pay the piper!

Guitar Hero has announced the same thing. Let the battles begin.
