Since when is it used games vs developers? it's used games versus publishing companies!

And companies like EA and activision ETC. all they care about is the bottom line, it's because of them we get a barely updated Madden or COD each year.

Developers get paid to do the job, and then royalties as a BONUS.

Furthermore used anything is a viable market, you don't see car companies or computer manufacturers trying to prevent resales do you?

I'd make a fun mountain themed one with lots of different terrain and short cuts.

NOT WATERPROOF, just resistant. I'd buy it in a second if it was actually waterproof.

I don't have the game so I guess I can't really comment, but IMO it seems stupid for a developer to slowly release game features that are on the disc. And it's not like EA isn't transparent about it, they call it project 10 dollar, a ploy to kill of the used game business. I personally think it'd work better if they actually released new content, (i.e. maps) instead of new options.

Although I rarely use manuals (besides oblivion LOL) I'll kinda miss them if all publishers do this....
