If your concerned with batteries turn off the wiimote sound and vibration, that has bought me 2 weeks of 1 set of batteries for Zelda (35 hours) and Bomberman 93 (8 hours).
So Izzy-B, you want your cake and eat it too. You also seem to read a book by its cover. How many classic phrases can I use to describe you? The wii is also in touch with the hard core as well.
I happen to remember that a little game called "Viva PiƱata" came out for the 360, sponge bob, and alike. You could argue the wii has more of it but it goes to show not all systems are squeaky clean. Nintendo is trying to cove all groups and the 360 has only resently become good.
I think many people voted for Peny-arcade, and had no idea what the comic was about.
It about FFXII's system of setting up a guided AI for any of your team mates you are not controling. For ex: Player2: Start of battle= Hit enemy with highest HP. Player3: assist Player4. Player 4: buff party member. When team at full HP then hit lowest enemy in battle. Its called the "gambit system".
PA was just showing how the gambit system would be like in more simple games than RPGs. They were expressing concern that the system may overly simplify FFXII; however, they said in their news post, since they have not played the game they dont know how true there concern is. I myself never playing the game, can not judge either. Judging by import reviews there is probably nothing to worry about (9s and 10s), and the system just might work out.
I dont hate penny-arcade, nor am I flaming the people who voted for it. I am just saying don't always just vote on a fimilar name.
