Are you being sarcastic DeepSleeper? This article was in his blog and he's just giving his opinion. What does a preview have to do with that? Especially considering he was probably one of the first ones to play the game.

Cassamassina doesn't ever say that he "doesn't like the game" in his article. He says that the games are fun, but frustrating in some senses.

MCSD, the site says that since N64 only launched with two titles, they averaged the scores of games through December 1996.

Pilotwings and Mario 64 would have an average way higher than 75.4%.

Shocker. They are both on the Toys r us "Hot Dozen" list as it's called. This isn't very surprising.

Are you sure both items aren't on the Toys r' us "must buy" list (whatever it's called)?

I don't care about what companies make the games, if the system has good games and is affordable, it should be successful. Not saying that first-party games aren't important, but first-party support alone won't be able to satisfy gamers.
