By far the nicest case out there is called the iPad Security Case. The case has a 2 digit combination lock and is constructed from black leather, It also has 3 adjustable positions for viewing.

I just ordered a iPad Vanity Plate which provides contact information in the event you misplace your iPad. It is a stainless steel plate with your contact info engraved on it. Great idea.
