I dont think you are getting it mate. People are not complaining that the demo is too hard. They are complaining that the physics are pretty off. GT5P was better in pro setting IMO.
When you say that the demo was made for skilled drivers your abit off. As I said before.....just because some people are finding it hard does not mean it is realistic!
And I never said I was a good racing driver....I said I know how a racing car feels. Big difference!
Either way, I respect your opinion, but as I keep saying.....I dont think people are finding the demo "too hard". You can get used to anything when it comes to physics, it just takes time and feels weird at first. I beleive people are piss*d off that the physics seem abit strange. Normal settings is an arcade game pretty much, but the pro settings on the demo seem over the top to me. GT5P was alot more realistic.

I was just pointing out that your main point was that casual gamers might find the demo hard because its "too realistic for them". This in my opinion is not the case because from my experience from trying to extract the most from different cars on track, this demo does not feel realistic at all and that was your point wasn't it? That people might be finding it hard because it is so realistic.

By the way, comparing how an atom feels to a 350z is closer than comparing a computer game to a 350z lol!

And dont try to tell me a 350z is easier to handle under breaking and steering without maxing it. An F1 car simply doesn't handle at all without getting heat into the breaks and tyre's. And how would you know anyway, you might have driven a 350z in real life for all I know but I doubt you've driven an F1 car!!

I wasn't slagging you off, I was just pointing out that as a guy thats been into racing for a while, I felt you were wrong when you said that some gamer's might find the demo hard because its so realistic. pro settings or normal settings, for me it wasn't realistic at all. Im still buying the game though!

oh and btw, saying things like "I understand this mode maybe too realistic for some" comes across quite arrogant in my opinion. Who are you to say if its realistic or not. As I said, I have plenty of "real" racing experience and I felt the opposite to you.

Im sorry, but just because a game is difficult to the "casual gamer" does not mean it is realistic. The physics in the demo were terrible in my experience. I've spent my childhood karting and now as an adult I am part owner of an ariel atom which I regularly compete with in an amatuer racing season. The atom has far more BHP/weight than a 370z yet I can be far more aggresive with the power in real life. This demo is not realistic because its hard for a casual gamer to pick up and register fast times. Sorry but its nothing like racing for real not even anywhere near to be honest.

One word for you.,....Rfactor. Thats the closest i've found to decent gaming physics.

They do seem to throw these games out really quickly!!
Just watched a preview vid of it.....looks good from cockpit view!
