Just because people use a lot of their free time to insert game character after game character into a short film doesn't make it good. It wasn't funny, but I felt like it was supposed to be.
It's only purpose was to get nerds to say, "Hey! There's Samus! And Kirby! Ahhhh LocoRoco!!! This thing is TEH AWESOMMEZ!"
Geek fan service with no message or point is superfluous. This is time that could be better spent watching quality nerd love like There Will be Brawl.
