The Binding of Isaac expands with 'The Wrath of the Lamb'

@IronManiac
Same here. I thought this would be on almost every top 10 list out there, but I barely even heard it mentioned. I've got about 30+ hrs into it, I've got about half of the trophies, and I'm no where even close to being tired of the game yet (finally ran into loki last night too!!! sorry, just happy...). It's great just to open up and try to do a quick run, and really never gets old (other then when I play as Eve, for some reason I never get anything w/ her and die a quick and horrible death). Honestly, I'd say it's tied w/ Skyrim and Bastion for my own GotY.

considering how the last update added a ton of content for free, can't imagine how much more this is going to add. Or how much more of my life this is going to take up.....

Bastion musicians provide today's musical interlude

@KiDPANDA

She really does. If it was done by anyone else I don't think I'd enjoy that song so much. The music is so incredibly fitting for the game and just amazing all the way around...

Retrode 2 USB device lets you play real SNES and Genesis games in emulators

@Joshua Przygocki

I'd rather play on a device like this on an old system, just for the fact that this isn't as easy to break as a classic old system. Sure, I could just buy another one for $20, but there is so many out there and who really knows the condition of them? Plus, I can hook up a different controller too my computer, as well as use things such as filters on the computer, tv output, better sound output... There's a lot of pros to using an emulator.

Editorial: 'I'm tired of saving the world'

Still have to say best storytelling in a game this generation goes to Bastion. While not the best story (still a great one though), the delivery and how it actually gets you to care about characters you almost never even see is beyond fantastic. I didn't want it to end just so I could learn more about the world and everyone else.

McMillen: Publisher in talks with Nintendo for Binding of Isaac on 3DS

@swiller
Love to see this as a portable title. It'd be perfect for it, really. Just as long as they had a quick save/suspend option.. I've had some good 2 hr runs on that game and still not beat it. Having it in 3D would be kind of a nice touch too. Who doesn't want to see a screaming aborted fetus blow up right in to your face?

Be kinda interesting to see a D&D-ish browser game... could be kinda cool. But sure as hell not getting my hopes up...
