Here is how to install the 2.1 update. This is the official ESE53 one. I am running it right now and its awesome.

I think Apple will have a new iPod Touch come out at the same time as this to rival this. I will still get a iPod Touch over this because of jailbreak. Nothing will ever beat a apple touch screen.

I like the live update posts for the Apple events. Can't wait till june.
