Well it isn't using the same internals as the DSi and DS Lite (Which do except for different shells and screen sizes) and has the 3D feature, it's completely new.
I highly doubt there will be anything here that's notable, looking at what EA and Microsoft have shown off already this could be a generally "meh" keynote.
To the people who are saying we're losing our privacy, this is no different to using a helicopter, but quieter and safer for the police staff. They're only looking for wrongdoers, obey the law and it won't be a problem.
This shows that Motorola are really coming back into the game. I'm glad really because they were so good up until a while after the Razr's release and it all went downhill. Now you rarely see more than two or three Moto devices in phone shops around the UK.
I'm sure there will be some devices that will be cheaper than others to contend with other phones available at that price point. The Curve 8250 is sat at £15 per month and selling like hotcakes over here, so if Moto can output an Android device at that price point I'll be all over it!
