With the bundle of all three, you get around 30-40 items.
Two armor sets for each class, one low tier and one high tier. Low tier will last through Act 1, high tier will last through act 2 and a bit of 3. Champion armor is better in general, though they do have some pieces that are superior. Set bonus makes it a tough call though.
Comes with weapons that scale up to level, extremely useful for companions. From what I've noticed, the only weapons that don't scale are the two-handed swords but the high end one is probably best in slot.
In addition to the above, you also get a bunch of codex entries (which provides some interesting stories, the mage ones which belonged to your father are rather interesting) and one random piece of equipment (ring or neck) for each companion which provide amazing stats and immunity to a lot of things.
In other words, it's a fun little pack for the price. Those who plan on replaying Dragon Age 2 multiple times in the future could enjoy it's contents, those who didn't care for the game won't suddenly become interested because you can look like a lion-man.
Note: For PC users, the items aren't high rez. Note 2: For those of you who expected story content which takes weeks / months and required an entire team to come out before small DLC packs, you should keep an eye on your expectations. :p
