Here my friends is a case-in-point example of why MBA graduates who haven't spent a fucking day in their corresponding retail chain shouldn't be creating company wide mandates and formulating pedantic policy.

The pay is insulting and their incredibly high turnover is indicative of such. a Master of Business Administration? What many fail to recognize is the people behind the counter who are losing their job .... Like myself.

I have a wife and two children to support and I am greeted by a pink slip this morning? No relocation? No nothing? They aren't even offering those who were laid off positions at Hollywood Video ... NEXT DOOR! ZOMG Teh liquidation sale?!?! Sure, yet it's a small consolation prize insofar that I will be busy attempting to figure out what I'm going to do to provide my children with a merry Christmas.
