May 2nd 2008 12:51PM (Joystiq Xbox)GHIII gets good songs but they are so few and far between. Rock band gets songs all the time, but they vary in style, so one week you want a song, the next you don't. I wish they would come out with more songs each week from different time periods and styles of music. This way there is always something for everyone.
Rock band is a better game however, and deserves more good music, and 1 album a month is not enough either.

Apr 21st 2008 4:26PM (Joystiq Xbox)I wish my Elite had an even bigger harddrive...the next system should have like a terrabyte of storage, and the whole xbox and 360 game catalogue should be available for DLC on Day one. Also all games will be downloadable, and it wont have a DVD drive of any sort. I would like that. Also built in wi-fi...the only plugs on that thing should be HDMI and POWER. Done.

Legally no. Why? Read the Terms of Service that you agree to when you sign up for Xbox Live...
"Microsoft reserves complete and sole discretion with respect to the operation of the Service. Microsoft may, among other things: (a) restrict or limit access to the Service; (b) retrieve information from the original Xbox, Xbox 360 console, personal computer and any connected peripheral device used to log onto the Service as necessary to operate and protect the security of the Service, and to enforce this Agreement; and (c) upgrade, modify, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the Service or any game from time to time without notice, which may involve the automatic download of related software directly to your original Xbox, Xbox 360 console or personal computer, and which software may prevent you from accessing the Service, playing pirated games, or using unauthorized peripheral devices."
Because of this, paragraph, they have the rights to provide no service whatsoever, even though you are paying for it. Cable and internet companies cover their butts in the same way.
