@RasenganFury If you want to get it at the normal price point, you can still pre-order it from most places at $40. GameStop seems to be the only outlet actually offering the game at Capcom's asking price.

@Zertoss Not necessarily. There's a few major 3rd party titles for the 3DS out in time for the holidays:

-Sonic Generations
-Shinobi
-WWE All-Stars
-Need for Speed: The Run

From what I've read around the Internet, there are all titles that are shaping up nicely. A couple of them we still need to get the final word on, but a couple are totally solid titles. Throw these in with Nintendo's 2 major titles, and you have a pretty solid holiday lineup, especially since this is the first holiday season on sale.

@King Johngie the Fourth It's the information given in that comment that made no sense. All you said is that those 2 games would've been your reasons to get a 3DS. You went on to say that you'll pass. With that as the only context, it makes it sound like the game got canned or something. It made sense after you elaborated, but that initial statement really didn't make any sense at all.

Sonic Colors last year, now Generations. From everything I can see, Sonic seems to be making his way back to great console games. Nice!

@TheManEl Nope, it's actual stop-motion capture. Watch the video of the presentation, they show all the new functions added to the camera app.

@Hoops It's not like they're trying to sell all those Red Bull ___ videos. The DreamWorks shorts have actually been pretty entertaining.

@Shadowbender I could see your concerns if it was using Nintendo WFC. But they're going the monster Hunter Tri route and hosting their own servers for the game.
