@genno you are indeed very true, the only difference I see in this situation is that they are using this large number almost like its a very accurate number rather than we think that the potential loss is this amount, or at least thats how I interpreted the original article.

This is like the game of guess how many of X is in the jar nobody really knows for certain what the actual number are. My whole point is that they came off a little to hard with their words for such an abstract subject thats all
