I would buy a Microsoft portable in a heartbeat if it could play all my Xbox (original) games on it without having to go out and rebuy "ported" versions of them. If all they are going to do is do a PSP clone with a new proprietary format that I have to buy all new games on, I will pass unless it's 1. really cheap, and 2. has some really awesome exclusives on it. And I don't see those two things happening.

Great, now my PSP can have a big wanger sticking off of it so it won't fit in my pocket.

I guess the moral of this story for gamers is to save your money and wait for "GTA 4 COMPLETE EDITION".

I think it's funny that the execs at Sony all have foot-in-mouth disease so commonly. They'd be better off NOT doing interviews at all. Look at Nintendo. You rarely see their execs blathering on like idiots. You know these guys can't BE this oblivous. I guess they must think that any press is good press as long as Sony keeps making the headlines...

Atari can bite my Shiny metal ... say, I actually think this is a good move. I mean, those Matrix movies were not just bad, they were REALLY bad. Dumping stupid studios that make crap movie tie-ins is good. Atari should stay away from crap movie tie-ins altogether. They need to develop more games with their lucrative D&D license. MORE RPG FOR TEH PEEEEOPLE!!!
