Had to vote for Spelunky, but I wanna give a shout out to Real of the Mad God! I played it when it launched a couple years(?) ago, and it's only gotten bigger and better since then! It's a free PC game, so give it a whirl.

Not sure what you mean by "how more stubborn can they be?" but Guy and Cody are included in a DLC pack that supposedly leaked. Plus they were revealed ages ago and never followed up on.

Good to hear; it was 320 when I got the demo. Still haven't put much time into it, though. What I did play felt pretty clunky but we'll see.

We're listing games we've been disappointed with... meaning that these are the rare exceptions. That still speaks a lot to the quality of XBLA.

If you bought the initial release of Hydrophobia, then sure. But when it updated and dropped to $5? I'd pay that much just to support a dev who actually wants to fix their game.

As for me, the only purchase I've ever regretted on XBLA was TMNT Re-Shelled... And I've bought a lot of games. Hell, I've bought games on ACCIDENT and never regretted it.
