No, I think mass effect 2 may very well be the best game out this year, however it has left the verdant green pastures of RPG for the equally lush forests of Shooter...wow that metaphor really fell apart, but I'm sticking with it

It is an American style RPG that will at least be tolerable, and it will give me something to do between dragon age: an actual expansion and (drool) fallout: new vegas...I'm not seeing the downside even if it doesn't measure up to the great shooter with dialog mass effect 2.

I think what we have here is a typical American reaction to Japanese sexuality, no moral judgement, but the Japanese culture has a sexuality well out of the typical western cultural norm. Thus, "creepy voyeurism"!

I'm playing Mass Effect 2 now...it is glorious (I love working at blockbuster and getting to rent stuff before it comes out) The only thing I'm disappointed by is how they have given up the high level of character customization, although they have replaced it with a high quality third person shooter. The best thing is definitely seeing characters continuing the arcs I set them on in ME1. It actually feels like I'm playing the middle part of an epic 3 part space opera; it reminds me when Star Wars was good and was watching Empire Strikes Back.
