What a crappy band. Always was.

As an ever saddening HD-DVD add on owner and as a growingly annoyed BlockBuster subscriber this has potential to be amazing. However I think it's very unlikely. Imagine the bandwidth unlimited movie rentals would take up. I doubt it would be High Def either for the same reason. But the biggest part, what does Microsoft have to gain other than give up everything they've tried to build with the marketplace? I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking that the movies on Live suck and the prices suck even more. Maybe Netflix would share enough profit for MS to think about it...but when has more money ever kept MS from trudging ahead with their own agenda (for better or worse)?

Free pack, great. Car priced fairly, great again. But that's it? I remember one of the Turn 10 guys talking and saying he didn't want to say what was coming because it still had to be certified. I'm guessing there was more that got rejected...I mean I don't expect 12 new tracks and 300 new cars...Just seems odd. But again the price is fair! I don't mean to whine!

I hadn't thought about that, but I still think it's wrong. The card should be free. Gift cards are free. Microsoft points are the same price whether you buy them in a store (card) or online (no card). Tax won't be applied until you check out, and besides, that's almost 25%.
