I bought both an xbox and a ps3 this holiday. My anecdotal experience was that xbox was on sale everywhere, there were piles of them in the middle of the isles and in store displays. For the ps3, no such sales, no such piles, and no such displays, They were sold out at the first store, and the second store i went to i had got the last bundle on the standard shelf. (no special display/stack like the xbox)... I wonder how it faired in other cities?

I still have a group of friends who get together once a month to play civ rev 4 player. We all would like a civ rev 2. We tried civ 5, but just realize there are only a few bits and bobs from civ 5 we would like in civ rev and it would be awesome.

yup, waiting for a sub $40 steam sale here to. maybe 20 or 25ish. I just want to play the sp campaign.


games are all moving to having multiplayer, but sometimes i just like to run through the "disposable" FPS games. To bad they dont just offer the SP experience seperate for cheaper

same here. 4x8 sheet of thin plywood. I was in a 240sx. Luckliy it hit squarely on my front bumper and it was the wide face that i hit at 55mph. the thing shattered around me. Was really scary at first, but now i just remember it was kinda cool like driving through a wall in a movie...

Not currently able to watch the video, but how does this compare to what Naughty Dog does with their capturing tech for uncharted?

you know i was always wondering why people were complaining about load times, as they were that bad for me, now i remembered i Upgraded my drive to a faster and bigger one... makes sense.
