Yeah I have a cooling pad as well. Doesn't help accept that it keeps the heat directly off my legs. Still though the M1330 is aluminum, or something, on the top which acts as it's own sort of heat sink. So after about 30+ minutes the entire keyboard and mouse become uncomfortable to use.

Yeah I read the full review, I'm just looking for more detailed information. Sorry I'm just really worried about getting a fiery laptop again.

Does it get uncomfortably warm, or just noticeably? Is there anything on the top or the keyboard?

How is the heat mitigation on this thing? I currently have a Dell XPS M1330 and, at this point, the thing gets so freaking hot that I can't use it for more than 20 minutes on my lap, or about an hour anywhere else.

I'm looking for a new laptop, but I'm worried about getting stuck with another laptop that's going to burn my legs.

I mean, really it all boils down to personal tastes.

GTA for me, is boring. It has an "okay" story but without much to do besides that... except for going on man dates. Saints Row has a weaker story, but there's also more to actually do in the game.

Darksiders is also a game that takes a little while to really get into. I think THQ gave a generous demo of... an hour?? ,,, But really you'd need at least 3-4 to really get into the game.

Dawn of War is a series of RTS games that are based on the Warhammer 40,000 universe. For those of us who were huge Starcraft fans back in the day, Dawn of War was the RTS that held us over... maybe a little too well because I have no strong desire to play SC2.

For me, Activision and EA are great pubs but a lot of their stuff... like most of it... is just rehashes of earlier stuff or stuff their competitor is doing. I mean how many Medal of Duty's do we need?

Huge fan of THQ. I don't care how they go about creating games, so long as the continue on this awesome path of theirs.

As an MLS fan, the quality disparity is pretty large and I, like you, really wish the owners would open that pocket book a little more. When the new CBA was signed it had mentioned an increase... but it was only a few hundred thousand dollars. I was hoping for at least 4-5 million/year...

MLS is a long term project. 20 years from now, I'm expecting it to be a lot better.
